It sounds simple, but our September Bistro starts with a knockout Aubergine dish, borrowed from on old Michelin Starred Chef friend! For an intermediate course, we’ve gone for a Celeriac Veloute - a creamy, silky smooth soup which makes its first appearance on our Bistro Menu this year. Main Course is a take on a popular vegetarian dish; lightly spiced Pork Fillet which is seared and then roasted so it’s just a little pink in the middle and served with sweet potato, garlic lentils & a North African style rose harissa yoghurt. We round off the the night with Jude’s heavenly chocolate & pecan pie…….we’re salivating already!
Arrival is from 7pm with starters served at 7.30pm and dessert around 9.00pm.
£40 per guest. £10 deposit required.
